Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a way for people to explore their thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental and healing setting.  We all have thoughts and feelings swirling in our minds and bodies.  The process of sitting in a safe environment and sharing these thoughts and feelings out loud helps bring clarity, understanding and healing

Clients come to us with various goals.  Some people aspire toward growth and development, others seek to learn ways to cope with ongoing stressors, and many search for ways to achieve mind-body connectedness.  Oftentimes, individual therapy explores past experiences in order to provide the key to understanding current behaviors and overall psychological health.  Other times, this isn’t necessary or desired and we focus on the here and now.  We will meet you where you want to start!

Psychological insight not only helps one grow as an individual, but also serves to improve interactions and relationships with others. You can heal your relationship by healing yourself.  Families are similar to the mobiles we used to make in school – you move one part and the rest move with you.  With that, when you heal and grow you can assist in change in growth in the entire household.
